I'm bowled over by how much people love our coffee made with Oatly Barista milk. There have been dozens of comments along the lines of, "Ooh, that's a fabulous cup of coffee!", as often as not from non-vegans who ordinarily would be having a latte or cappuccino with cow's milk. Gone are the days when it was soya milk or black. Now, we can have a delicious, frothy white coffee without batting an eyelid. I don't work for Oatly! It's simply that their invention of using oats to make milk is a brilliant one. Their cream also works beautifully in coffee.
All non-dairy milks are far better for the planet, using far less water and energy to produce than cow's milk. Most of all, from my point of view, no young calf has been taken away from his or her mum so that we can drink her milk. It's absolutely wonderful that we now have such delicious alternatives to the milk from cows. Thanks to these new products, there is no sacrifice whatsoever involved in foregoing a cow's milk in your coffee. Give it a try.
